Service policies

We confirm appointments and final prices by text message at 754-231-9170.

Quotes and deposits

Website prices are starting prices. Vehicle size and condition, pet hair, sand, stains, specialty materials and add-ons can change the final quote. We confirm any additional work before it begins. Only new customers pay a deposit: 30% of the agreed detailing price for their first booking. We collect it once and apply it to that service's final balance. Returning customers do not pay another deposit.

Cancellations

If you paid a first-booking deposit, cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you can move the appointment and apply that deposit to the new date. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. We do not require another deposit from returning customers.

Weather

If Virtuoso Polish needs to cancel or reschedule because of weather, any first-booking deposit you paid can be refunded in full or moved to a new date.

Before we arrive

Please remove personal belongings, valuables, electronics, firearms and child seats before the appointment. We bring our own fresh water and power.
